This journey has made me realise that it is only my present that can affect my future. It is a weekend well-spent for those who are serious about their journey to greatness.

What I loved about the programme is the intense engagement of not only the mind but also the body and the spirit. I have grown 80% because of the mantras and body postures that we connected to intentions. The other 20% is for me to consistently put these into action.

I feel my growth. I see and understand exactly what I will do tonight, tomorrow and many days to come in order for me to grow and evolve into a better and excellent version of me.

Lindi, the facilitator, is patient and she knows her stuff very well! She is excellence in the making.

The programme has really shone the light on both my insecurities and my best attributes. I now realise that the power is within me and that there are no external powers that can determine my future.
